• Enquiry details — when you complete our contact form we collect your name, email, phone, postcode, the service you need and any job description you provide. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• Analytics data — if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to help us improve the site. This runs only after you consent.

Lawful basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. Analytics is processed on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

• Resend — our email delivery provider, which processes your enquiry so it reaches our inbox.
• Google Analytics — only if you have accepted analytics cookies. See our cookie policy.

We never sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
